No. T1Daily is a communication and preparedness tool — it helps you share your child's care plan and stay reassured. It does not give medical advice, make dosing decisions, or store glucose/CGM data. For all medical decisions, always follow your clinical team's guidance.

Do the people I share with need the app?

Never. Caregivers, teachers and grandparents open a simple web link or scan a QR code — no app, no account, no sign-up. They just read the profile and confirm they've understood.

Is my child's data private?

Yes. Your data is securely backed up to your private account and never sold or shared with advertisers. Every share link is tokenised and expires on your terms — set it for 24 hours, a week, or revoke it instantly. Read our privacy policy.

What's free, and what's Premium?

The essentials are always free: your child's care profile, sharing by QR/link/PDF, the handover system, and the school pack. Premium (£4.99/month or £39.99/year) adds live reassurance pings, the full Confidence Hub, the printable emergency card, complete handover history, and removes the watermark on shared pages.
